Men's Workshop Empowers Fathers To Build Financial Responsibility, Stability, And Wealth
Updated: Sep 18
Fayetteville, NC — Men are stepping up to take control of their financial futures by equipping fathers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to lead their families with purpose and intention.

The Greater Life of Fayetteville’s People In Need (PIN) Program, in partnership with Carolina Collaborative Community Care (4C), will host “Tight’N It Up: Fatherhood & Finance”, a powerful movement designed to help fathers strengthen their financial responsibility, build family stability, and create clear pathways toward lasting generational wealth. This impactful, men-only community wellness workshop will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at 600 Orange Street in Fayetteville, NC.
By addressing real-life questions around major financial decisions, long-term investments, and strategic planning, fathers will gain practical, actionable skills to better provide for their families while modeling strong financial habits that can positively shape the success of future generations. Key focus areas of the workshop include:
Budgeting & Money/Debt Management:
Learn effective strategies to build and maintain household budgets, manage expenses, and make informed financial decisions.
Financial Planning & Goal Setting:
Develop both short- and long-term financial plans aligned with family needs, savings goals, and future investments.
Child Support Responsibility:
Gain a clearer understanding of child support obligations, payment management, and the importance of consistent financial contributions to a child’s well-being.
Building Generational Wealth:
Explore practical approaches to saving, investing, reducing debt, and establishing financial habits that foster long-term economic stability.
“When fathers are equipped with the knowledge and tools to manage their finances, plan for the future, and meet their responsibilities, they are better positioned to support their families and create lasting impact,” said Darryl Young, Assistant Director, Administration & Operations of Carolina Collaborative Community Care (4C).
This workshop underscores the vital role fathers play not only in their families’ emotional well-being but also in their financial health and future success.
